This simple concrete arch culvert was built to allow a neighborhood to access the nearby school.
Built in 1934, the structure was lobbied for by the community. Since then, it has become an undesirable asset to the neighborhood, and is a local place for crime.
In 2018, the bridge has had a corrugated liner added, while the original concrete is still in good condition.
Overall, the bridge remains in good condition. However, it seems likely that the City of Davenport will eventually fill the structure.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design and newer age.
The photo above is an overview. The bridge can be accessed from a nearby road.
